Tier 1: Consulting

Our Tier 1 services include reviewing the student’s IEP and related documentation, making recommendations to advocate for inclusive opportunities, and providing resources to support caregivers in interactions with school and district personnel.

As of September 2025, fees are $75/hour for all new clients

Tier 2: Advocacy

Our support team will act as an advocate if Tier 1 fails to resolve the challenges to the student's right to inclusive education. The advocate will attend meetings on behalf of the student and family and communicate with school and district personnel.

As of September 2025, fees are $150/hour for all new clients

Legal Referral

Unfortunately, some challenges to inclusive education cannot be resolved without an attorney. If this occurs, we will provide you with a list of attorneys around the state who understand inclusive education and how to win inclusive education cases. The cost of these services is particular to each attorney and is beyond the scope of the work we provide.
